Book-ish Ghosts
Throughout the April challenge, you get to guess the ghost novel, ghost movie, or ghost beginning with the letter of the day. You can find Book-ish Ghosts contest rules here in the theme reveal.
Today’s mystery is both a book and a movie.
(And the author is quite famous as is a certain bespectacled boy.) Here are your clues:
Clue 1: Centuries ago, this ghost almost, but not quite, lost his noggin.
Clue 2: He calls himself the “resident ghost of Gryffindor Tower” at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Have at it in the comments. Who is the ghost whose name begins with the letter N? Let’s see how you do on this one!
The answer to yesterday’s film mystery is
M is for Mama.
Did this one scare you? It did me.

I defy anyone not to know JK Rowling and the Harry Potter series! 🙂

Ha ha! Did I make it too obvious? But who does the N stand for?
Nearly Headless Nick! 🙂
Love the happy face! I’m smiling now.
I’d be ashamed if I couldn’t guess this. Nearly Headless Nick. =)

Ah, a smiley graphic. Guess you love this character!
I was going to say Ned, but I read the comment above — I think she’s right that it’s Nick.
They do rather sound the same, don’t they? Whichever, it is, I like Rowling’s alliteration.
Nearly Headless Nick 🙂 Mama was beautifully scary – it’s a very well crafted film for creepiness and shocks.
Yes, and I thought the acting of Mama was really good, especially from the little girls. I hope they weren’t too scared making the movie.
Great idea for a post. Love it. Thanks for sharing. https://mhsusannematthews.wordpress.com/
Thanks for stopping by!
Nearly Headless Nick – but can see someone’s already guessed. Great idea for a theme 🙂

Often several people will guess the same answer…and sometimes they’re even correct! Thanks for the happy face.
