Clue 1: In this letter E young adult novel (not related to the photo; I was just imagining the teacher sending you tips), when your life is ending, it is really only beginning. In the afterlife, you mature backwards from the age you were when you died until you reach infancy at which point you are re-born.

Clue 2: The title of this novel alludes to the ending of The Giver by Lois Lowry. (Hint: in the end of The Giver, Jonas and Gabriel are searching for…)

Leave your guess in the comments. I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

The Dead Room

When I read this book, I enjoyed the glimpses into New York history and the history of the underground. It was fun reading about the lives of the different ghosts. There’s also a present-day missing person mystery to solve and a love triangle, so it’s never boring. Though I don’t enjoy all of Heather Graham’s books, I do recommend The Dead Room.

Have you read The Dead Room? Do you like romantic suspense?

    1. Oh, I know exactly what film you’re talking about–Benjamin Button. Yes, this book is similar except the aging backwards happens in the afterlife.
